Coda Room has landed in London.
This one took a little longer than planned, but the timing is fitting: Coda Room London officially launched in August 2026, ten years after Coda Room Chicago opened in August 2016.
James moved to London in 2019, and the idea was always for Coda Room to eventually have a proper home here too. A few years later than originally hoped, it finally does.
Just a few minutes’ walk from East Croydon station, Coda Room London gives Coda Room a permanent UK base while Coda Room Chicago continues doing its thing on the other side of the Atlantic.
Stereo & Dolby Atmos Mixing / Mastering
The London room is built around James’s day-to-day work in stereo and immersive mixing, mastering and final delivery, from individual records to full projects.
Sessions can be attended in London or handled remotely with clients anywhere in the world.

The room is centered around a calibrated 7.1.4 monitoring system, designed for accurate translation without sacrificing the feel of actually making records.
